Frequently Asked Questions - System Requirements

Most of the games are between two and four gigabytes. If you don't have sufficient disk space, please order the games to be shipped to you.

There are several known incompatibilities for video display. They will not affect your ability to download and view the games from your own DVD.

• Any browser that does not support Flash will not display the sample or purchased video.
• 64-bit Internet Explorer for Windows does not support Flash. If you have a 64-bit computer, regular 32-bit Internet Explorer comes installed as well and that is the one to use.
• Firefox under Windows 7 has a bug that is preventing our videos from being displayed on screen. You may use Internet Explorer under Windows 7 and view the sample to verify your ability to view the videos online.

You may still purchase files to download and should be able to burn and watch them at your convenience.

You must have Flash loaded to watch the games. If your cell phone does not have Flash, then you definitely cannot watch it. Since the files are so large, your instant viewing experience may be a little choppy if your internet signal is not strong or you have an older computer. In that case, it is recommended that you download the files and burn a DVD for optimum viewing experience.

Broadband is recommended. For high quality video, the file sizes need to be quite large. Because of that, attempting to download or watch any of the games can be very frustrating. The best course of action is to purchase the DVD and have it mailed to you. If you can watch the sample video online HERE, you may be able to watch it online but still have difficulty downloading it.
