Instant viewing playback is a bit choppy, what can I do?

Since the files are so large, your instant viewing experience may be a little choppy for a variety of reasons. The first step is to clear your internet cache before viewing. If it is still choppy, it could be the hard drive space, memory, an internet signal is not strong or some other reason relating to the computer and the feed. In that case, it is recommended that you download the files and burn a DVD for optimum viewing experience. There is no additional charge for this.
